Coach Sheldon had 11 years of coaching experience at Milford, AAU and Summit Country Day before taking the reins for the Lady Redskins in 2015. Phil grew up as a three sport athlete (basketball, golf and baseball), earned his Bachelor’s in Sports Management from Wilmington while playing on the golf team, and then earned his Master’s in Special Education from Antioch. Phil and his wife Jill have two young daughters and reside in Milford. Most recently, Phil has started Anderson Lady Orange, a youth select basketball program for girls in grades 3-6.
